CONO CIMINO, Founder - Wine Cellar Imports

Cono Cimino was born and raised in Brooklyn NY. He is a first generation Italian American who learned that you can achieve the American dream through hard work and determination.

He is the owner and CEO of Apple Ice a major competitor in the ice business. With his entrepreneurial spirit he has decided to follow his passion by exploring and honoring his Italian culture for food and wine.

In 2022 he opened Wine Cellar Imports and La Nonna’s Pasta in 4 states. The goal is to represent family run businesses that represent quality and tradition.

ANTHONY FIAMMA, Executive Consultant - Wine Cellar Imports

Anthony Fiamma is the owner of Vinofiamma and has been in the wine business for over 20 years. He works with families that produce high quality wines and want to promote their history and traditions.

He consults in many categories in the wine industry and is happy to have joined the Wine Cellar Team. His passion is to bring people together to promote the whole wine culture experience. Wine, food, history and friends.
