GIA Distillery, located in Madison, North Carolina, is a boutique distillery with a rich blend of old-world craftsmanship and modern distilling expertise. Established in a historic 1895 train station, the distillery reflects the heritage of its founders—one hailing from Sicily and the other from Asheville. With over 40 years of experience making wine and beer, the owners have now applied their knowledge to crafting exceptional spirits.

Every aspect of production at GIA, from crushing the grapes and grains to fermentation, distilling, and bottling, is done by hand.
